The Gainesville-Alachua County Drug Task Force (GACDTF) is comprised of deputies with the Alachua County Sheriff’s Office as well as officers from the Gainesville Police Department, who investigate street-level, mid-level, and upper-level narcotics trafficking organizations that operate throughout Alachua County. The Domestic Highway Enforcement Task Force (DHETF) is a specialty unit operating within the Unit.
