The Crowd Management Team / Bike Unit (CMT) responds to acts of civil unrest and situations or events involving large crowds or gatherings that result in unlawful acts committed and that threaten public safety and/or damage to property. The CMT provides an organized and professional response with the goal of establishing and maintaining order for the safety of citizens and emergency response personnel.
